Shipping Policy

Standard products

The price of each standard product includes the standard delivery cost for the eligible destination shown at checkout. Standard delivery is shown as free at checkout when a live fulfillment route is available for the product and address.

Large and oversize products

Large-parcel and oversize products are excluded from the included-shipping price. Their independent delivery charge is shown at checkout: USD $79.99 for large parcels and USD $129.99 for oversize parcels to the United States. Applicable United Kingdom and Germany delivery charges remain independent for these products.

Fulfillment and delivery

Shipping eligibility is determined by the live fulfillment route available for the selected product and address. Products without a current route remain visible, but checkout will not offer a shipping method for that product and address.

Orders are normally prepared within 1 to 3 business days after payment. Carrier transit, customs review, weather, and seasonal demand can affect delivery time. Tracking updates after dispatch provide the best available delivery information.

The included and independent delivery amounts are based on the shipping cost shown by the connected fulfillment source at the time of review. No separate duty amount is promised; customs authorities may require documentation or charges where applicable by law.
