We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you may contact us at niahcao@163.com. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: Room 202, Unit 2, Building 7, Huaqiao Community, Intersection of Qianjin Road and Hayao Road, Daoli District, Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province.

If we approve your return, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Notwithstanding the above, if your merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order for any reason within 14 days, without justification. As noted above, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and confirm whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and post the refund.
