2. Order Processing & Delivery Time


  • Orders are processed and shipped within 48 business hours after payment is received.
  • A valid tracking number will be provided once the package is dispatched, allowing you to track your shipment at any time.
  • Estimated delivery time is normally 7–15 business days for most international destinations. Delivery may take longer for remote areas or during peak shipping seasons.

3. Important Notes


  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, local postal services, weather, or other events beyond our reasonable control, but we will assist in tracking and resolving issues.
  • Any customs duties or taxes for duty-included items will be covered by Aimi Home; you will not be asked to pay or reimburse these fees.
  • We strictly comply with the import and export regulations of all countries and do not ship any prohibited or restricted items.

4. Lost or Damaged Packages


If your package is lost, severely damaged, or missing items, please contact our customer service team with your order number and relevant photos. We will provide a replacement or full refund after verification.
